Job summary

Flash Creative Media Works Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Lead to head daily HR and administrative operations in Cavite.

You will supervise HR staff and oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, and separation, while ensuring records, contracts, and documents are kept confidential. You will monitor attendance, review timekeeping before payroll, handle employee concerns and performance reviews, enforce labor-law compliance, and organize company events and activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of HR and administrative experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of key HR functions, Philippine labor laws, and DOLE requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiar with HR systems.
• Able to manage deadlines and handle sensitive matters fairly and confidentially.
• Experience organizing company events and employee activities.
