Job Summary:

The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources Department, ensuring the effective implementation of company policies, labor law compliance, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits coordination, and HR administrative functions.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.

• Relevant HR certifications or professional development courses are an advantage.

Work Experience

• At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably with supervisory or team leadership experience.

• With solid experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and labor law compliance.

• Experience in supervising HR personnel, managing multiple HR functions, and coordinating with different departments is highly preferred.

Knowledge and Technical Skills

• Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and applicable government-mandated employee benefits and reporting requirements.

• Proficient in recruitment processes, employee discipline, HR documentation, payroll coordination, attendance monitoring, and performance evaluation.

• Skilled in preparing HR reports, policies, memoranda, employment contracts, and other official HR documents.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and HR information systems.

• Able to analyze HR data, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend process improvements.
