The HR Supervisor oversees the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including recruitment, employee relations and engagement, performance management, payroll and benefits, as well as compliance with mandatedgeneral labor standards and compliance requirements. The role ensures that HR initiatives align with the company's objectives while providing guidance and support to HR staff.
Oversee the work of HR staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and professionally. Provide training, mentoring, and development opportunities to HR team members. Support and assist the HR Manager in developing future HR leaders.
Serve as a liaison between management and employees on HR-related matters. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment. Assist in the development and implementation of employee retention strategies.
Assist in the updating, re-designing and execution of performance appraisal programs.Provide guidance on setting performance standards and managing underperformance. Support managers in disciplinary actions, terminations, and employee grievances.
Ensure the organization’s compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with the HR Manager in updating and implementing HR policies as necessary to meet changing legal or organizational requirements. Conduct audits and prepare reports related to HR activities (e.g., employee records, compensation, etc.).
Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and support employee development. Organize training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities for staff. Track and report on employee development progress.Develop Succession Planning program.
Assist in managing compensation structures and benefit programs. Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and other compensation-related concerns. Participate in salary surveys and help maintain a competitive pay structure.
Maintain HR metrics, analyze data, and generate reports for decision-making. Ensure accurate employee records in the HR database. Assist in preparing reports for leadership on workforce planning, turnover, and other HR activities.
