H.I.S GLOBAL BUSINESS, INC. is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
You will lead HR staff, ensure policy implementation, and support workforce development at the Makati office. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in a supervisory HR position, with strong communication, leadership, and detail-oriented skills.
In this position, you will hold the title of HR Supervisor, responsible for overseeing and managing key Human Resources functions, including Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Evaluation Management, and HR Operations Management. You will ensure that HR policies, processes, and programs are effectively implemented while supporting the organization’s workforce needs, employee development, and overall business objectives.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR Department and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage and monitor Talent Acquisition, including manpower planning, hiring, onboarding, and employee regularization.
Oversee Compensation and Benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing in accordance with company policies.
Manage Employee Relations, including employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
Oversee Performance Evaluation Management, ensuring timely evaluations and alignment of employee performance with company objectives.
Develop, implement, and monitor HR KGIs and KPIs to measure departmental performance and operational effectiveness.
Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics, providing recommendations and action plans for improvement.
Supervise HR staff, delegate responsibilities, and monitor team performance and deliverables.
Coordinate with department heads and management on manpower requirements, employee concerns, and other HR-related matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
Continuously review and improve HR processes to support employee engagement, retention, productivity, and organizational goals.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in Human Resources.
Experience handling Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Evaluation Management, and HR Operations is highly preferred.
Proficient in Google Workspace and other computer applications.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple HR functions, and meet deadlines effectively.
Flexible with working hours and shifts, and willing to work onsite at the Makati office.
