About the role
We are looking for an HR Supervisor - Employee Relations, Recruitment & Engagement who will play a key role in strengthening our overall employee experience and HR service delivery.
This role will oversee the day-to-day management of Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement, ensuring that HR programs, processes, and interventions are implemented consistently across the organization. The position will work closely with employees, department leaders, and other HR functions to address people-related concerns, support workforce requirements, and drive meaningful engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is people-oriented, proactive, decisive, and highly organized, with strong judgment and the ability to balance employee needs, business requirements, and company policies while ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices.
Employee Relations
Manage and oversee day-to-day Employee Relations matters, ensuring concerns are addressed fairly, consistently, and in a timely manner.
Provide guidance to employees and department leaders on workplace concerns, employee conduct, company policies, and HR procedures.
Handle initial assessment, fact-finding, documentation, and coordination of employee relations cases through proper HR processes.
Partner with department leaders in addressing employee concerns and recommending appropriate interventions or corrective actions.
Ensure HR actions and recommendations are aligned with company policies, labor standards, and applicable Philippine employment regulations.
Monitor employee relations trends and recurring concerns and recommend preventive or corrective HR initiatives.
Recruitment
Oversee recruitment activities and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements across the organization.
Monitor recruitment progress, hiring timelines, candidate movement, and onboarding requirements.
Ensure recruitment processes and documentation are consistently implemented and aligned with established HR standards.
Work closely with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to address hiring challenges and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Support workforce planning and manpower requirements by providing recruitment insights and recommendations.
Employee Engagement
Lead and coordinate employee engagement initiatives that support employee morale, connection, recognition, and overall employee experience.
Develop and implement engagement activities aligned with company culture, values, and organizational priorities.
Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement and employee satisfaction.
Partner with department leaders and other HR functions in implementing employee-focused programs and initiatives.
Monitor participation, feedback, and outcomes of engagement programs and recommend improvements.
HR Coordination & Governance
Work closely with other HR functions to ensure consistent and seamless delivery of HR services and employee support.
Serve as a key HR coordinator for cross-functional employee concerns and initiatives requiring collaboration across HR and other departments.
Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential documentation related to Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Engagement activities.
Prepare regular HR reports, updates, and insights for management review and decision-making.
Support the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and programs based on employee feedback, business requirements, and emerging HR needs.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
Experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment, and HR Operations.
Manufacturing, FMCG, food manufacturing, or other high-volume workforce environments is highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor standards and HR best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Able to handle sensitive and confidential employee matters with professionalism and sound judgment.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and other HR systems or digital tools.
Willing to work on-site and engage directly with employees across Production operations.
