Responsibilities include supervising HR staff, managing onboarding, attendance, benefits, records, and employee relations, and coordinating with department supervisors to ensure policy compliance and process consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating daily HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine HR practices and documentation.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.

The HR Supervisor will supervise daily HR operations and guide the team across recruitment, records, employee relations, attendance, and benefits. This position requires proven experience guiding employees, coordinating daily work, and maintaining team performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, including supervisory or team leadership responsibility.
• Previous HR supervisory, team leadership, or senior HR experience is required.
• Good knowledge of Philippine HR practices and employee documentation.
• Strong leadership, confidentiality, communication, and problem-solving.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
