- Manage HR functions: Oversee day-to-day operations related to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance: Make sure all HR activities comply with company policies, local labor laws, and regulations.
- Supervise staff: Guide, evaluate, and delegate tasks to other HR employees to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of their work.
- Support employee relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, providing information and assistance regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist with performance and disciplinary actions: Advise managers on employee performance issues and take part in disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate training and development: Help implement and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Maintain records: Ensure all employee records are accurate and properly maintained.
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of employment law and human resources principles.
- Familiarity with HR software and recordkeeping.
- Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and some years of HR experience.
