Job summary

Zensho (Philippines), Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist based in Pasig to support recruitment and HR administration within a fast-paced dining group. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field and at least 2 years of HR experience in recruitment and administration.

The position offers a hybrid work setup in Ortigas, Pasig City, with five days a week. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and HR processes while maintaining high ethical standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in recruitment and administration.
• Food and Beverage experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Qualifications :

• Must have a bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any business-related courses.
• Good Oral and written communication
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience in recruitment and administration.
• Work experience in Food and Beverage industry is an edge.
• Positive work ethics and strong problem-solving, analytical, planning, organizing, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
