Oversees and manages all Human Resource and Administrative functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, health and safety, and implementation of company policies.
The position supports operational alignment across departments by ensuring proper validation, monitoring, and compliance processes are observed, consistent with the business goals, regulatory standards, and food safety requirements of Seven Dragons Food Galore Inc.
Develop and manage recruitment strategies and processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and selection.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and DOLE regulations, including hiring practices, equal employment opportunity, and workplace safety.
Ensure timely submission of DOLE reports (WAIR, Semi-Annual, and Annual Reports).
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal standards.
Manage employee performance, including coaching, counseling, and implementation of disciplinary procedures when necessary.
Facilitate employee development and training programs, including performance management, skills enhancement, and succession planning.
Prepare and implement HR & Admin Annual Plans and Programs.
Prepare and submit HR and Administrative reports to Management.
Handle and facilitate resolution of labor complaints and employee grievances.
Organize and oversee corporate team-building and leadership development activities.
Provide support and assistance in day-to-day administrative operations.
Conduct orientation for new employees and assist in training and initial performance evaluation of existing employees.
Maintain accurate and updated personnel records, including employee data, benefits, and compensation documentation.
Monitor employee performance and provide recommendations to management.
Communicate with staff regarding issues affecting performance, conduct, or compliance.
Review and validate OT Payment Requests prior to processing and management approval.
Serve as a member of the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) & HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) Team.
Participate in internal audits, compliance inspections, corrective action implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives related to food safety and quality management systems.
