Job summary

Savory Fastfood Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead human resources strategy and ensure alignment with business goals in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

This full-time role drives recruitment, onboarding, training and regulatory compliance across our fast-food operations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of HR generalist or consultant experience, with strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience in a generalist or consulting HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employment regulations.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent management and employee relations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that support business goals and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
• Managing recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions across the organisation.
• Overseeing employee onboarding, training and development programmes to ensure staff are equipped with necessary skills and knowledge.
• Administering compensation and benefits programmes, including salary reviews, performance incentives and employee welfare initiatives.
• Managing employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures and performance management.
• Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR documentation whilst ensuring data confidentiality and legal compliance.
• Conducting regular HR audits and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supporting the development of organisational culture initiatives that promote engagement, retention and employee satisfaction.
• Liaising with management teams to identify staffing needs and provide HR consultancy on people-related matters.
• Ensuring compliance with Philippine labour laws, regulations and industry best practices.

What we are looking for
