Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an HR Officer to lead the HR function in Pasig on-site. The role requires 3–5 years of progressive HR experience and a Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology or Business Administration.

You will oversee talent development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and ensure policy compliance and data integrity across the organization. This full-time position emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and local labor law knowledge.

Qualifications
