Location | Pasig City | Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day HR and administrative functions.
• Handle recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee relations and address HR-related concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with employees and management on various HR matters and initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and monitor relevant employee data.
• Post and manage job openings through JobStreet, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Assist in improving HR processes and workplace practices.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Administration, or related functions.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR practices, and employment regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling confidential information.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
