Job summary

iOPEX Technologies is seeking an HR Supervisor to analyze, develop and implement policies aligned with company objectives. The role involves coordinating with the Head and Supervisors on employee relations, grievances and hearings, and monitoring HR/QA reports.

The incumbent will maintain the Employee Master List, oversee resignations and exit interviews, and ensure timely documentation of HR processes. Candidates should have at least 5 years in HR, fluent in English and Filipino, and be willing

• Proven ability to manage HR-related processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate with Head and Supervisors on employee relations matters, grievances and hearings.
• Monitor QA reports and HR/ Admin reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update Employee Master List and related records.
• Oversee resignations, terminations and exit interviews; ensure proper documentation.

Job description

• In-charge in analyzing, developing, and implementing policies that align with organizational objectives of the Company.
• Monitors and Coordinates with the Head and Supervisors in related with the Employee Relation issuance of notices and schedule hearings in connection with grievances and violations
• Monitors the process of Quality Assurance Reports
• Records update and maintain Employee’s Master List.
• Monitors and ensure all reports and tasks of HR/ Admin.
• Check and monitor the process documentary requirements of resigning, terminated and/or separated (off) employees, including the exit interview.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in QUEZON CITY.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
