Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Recruitment Team to ensure productivity and achievement of hiring targets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Monitor approved manpower requirements and track recruitment progress across all departments.
  • Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers regarding manpower requests, recruitment priorities, interview schedules, and candidate updates.
  • Assign workloads, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and guidance to Recruitment Officers and Recruiters.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular recruitment and manpower reports, including hiring status, vacancy updates, and recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures, and applicable labor laws.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned.
