The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Recruitment Team, ensuring the timely fulfillment of manpower requirements, and coordinating with department heads to support the organization's staffing needs. This role leads the recruitment team, monitors recruitment performance, manages workforce planning, and ensures efficient and compliant hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Recruitment Team to ensure productivity and achievement of hiring targets.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Monitor approved manpower requirements and track recruitment progress across all departments.
Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers regarding manpower requests, recruitment priorities, interview schedules, and candidate updates.
Assign workloads, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and guidance to Recruitment Officers and Recruiters.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring requirements.
Prepare and present regular recruitment and manpower reports, including hiring status, vacancy updates, and recruitment metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures, and applicable labor laws.
Recommend process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong background in recruitment operations, manpower planning, and team management.
Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/ATS systems.
