Job summary

Container Bridge Philippines Inc seeks an experienced HR leader to manage recruitment, onboarding and training programs across the organization. The role focuses on building robust talent life cycle processes, competitive pay structures and engaged teams.

You will coach managers on performance, discipline and grievances while ensuring legal compliance and secure HR record-keeping. A hands-on supervisor will help align HR policies with goals and drive development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR experience with 2 years supervisory role
• Ability to plan, deliver and evaluate HR and Admin systems and organizational development
• Expert in General HR Functions
• Excellent in facilitating, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Standards and Industrial Relations
