Job summary

RCX Recruitment Inc. is seeking an HR professional to oversee Employee Relations, supervise staff, and ensure timely delivery of HR-related tasks in Cavite.

You will assign, monitor, and evaluate tasks, handle first-level inquiries, and support audit readiness with proper document control. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Employee Relations and Discipline, a bachelor’s degree (preferably in Psychology), and at least 2 years of manpower supervision experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Employee Relation & Discipline.
• Bachelor's degree with Psychology preferred.
• At least 2 years of manpower supervision/handling experience.
