Job summary

MMC Constructions Incorporated in Makati seeks an HR Officer to oversee the full HR and Administration spectrum, propose HR strategies, manage payroll, and support onboarding and policy adherence.

You will handle Talent Acquisition planning, performance evaluations, training programs, and maintain records while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Strong MS Office skills and ethical standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• HR education and certification is a plus.
• 3+ years HR experience; supervisor level requires 3 years in management.
• Proficient in HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development.
• Good understanding of labor laws.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• Additional HR education and certification is a plus
• Three years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role (For Supervisor level and above required to have at least 3 years of management level)
• Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
