Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• Employee Relations is a MUST.
• Additional HR education and certification is a plus.
• Three years of HR Officer experience or equal; management level requires 3+ years.

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement HR-related strategy.
• Manage office administration and related tasks.
• Perform and analyze payroll using Excel.
• Ensure government statutory compliance.
• Plan and implement Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Counsel and support on policies and procedures.
• Develop job descriptions, postings, and hiring analytics.
• Create onboarding plans and manage onboarding processes.
• Identify KPIs for all departments.
• Plan and implement training programs.
• Manage performance reviews and evaluations.
• Maintain employee records and database.
• Adhere to laws and regulations.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field
• Strong in Employee Relations is a MUST
• Additional HR education and certification will be a plus
• Three years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role (For Supervisor level and above required to have at least 3 years of management level)
• Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
• Good understanding of labor laws
