Readore Technology Phils. Corporation is seeking an HR Supervisor in Cavite to oversee recruitment, training, and manpower planning. The role focuses on aligning staffing with production needs and developing staff through coaching and structured programs.

Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, handling administrative HR tasks, and supporting managers in performance improvements and career growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in HR Supervisory roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and Philippine labor laws.
• Experience in recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.
