Job summary

D and S Insdustries Philippines Corp is hiring a Human Resources Generalist in Cavite to manage payroll, training, recruitment, and HR administration. You will coordinate with the finance, training, and compliance teams to ensure accurate compensation and regulatory adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, English and local language communication, and proficiency in MS Office. You will support welfare programs, timekeeping, and staff counseling, contributing to a compliant and productive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or similar course.
• with relevant experience in an HR role.
• strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Payroll-related tasks with the finance department for compensation, salary, allowances, bonuses and government contributions.
• Development and improvement of Training Processes, Regulations and Operating System.
• Formulation and improvement of Recruitment Processes, Regulations and Operating Systems, ensuring DOLE compliance.
• Assist in Welfare and Benefits Programs, processing SSS, HDMF, Philhealth, HMO reports and compliance, timekeeping and attendance records.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned from time to time.
• Counsel staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.

• 1. Compensation, Welfare & Benefits Management - Execute and work with financial department for payroll related works, including but not limit to salary, allowance, bonus, and any other government-required contributions which need to be deducted by the corporation
• 2. Training & Development - Formulation and Improvement of Training Processes, Regulations and Operating System
• 3. Recruitment & Separation Management - Formulation and Improvement of Recruitment Processes, Regulations and Operating Systems, Ensure Legal Compliance with Dept of Labor and Employment (DOLE) on Employment Laws and Regulation
