Anita's Home Bakeshop, Inc. in Cebu City seeks an HR Staff focusing on Training & Development and Employee Engagement. You will plan and implement training programs and learning sessions for staff across departments.
Responsibilities include conducting Training Needs Analyses, coordinating external trainers, and maintaining training calendars, while promoting employee engagement and wellness initiatives company-wide.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Training & Development :
Plan, develop, and coordinate training and development programs based on organizational needs and identified competency gaps.
Facilitate and conduct internal training programs, orientations, and learning sessions as assigned.
Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with department heads and supervisors.
Develop and maintain the annual training plan, training calendar, and training materials.
Coordinate with external trainers, consultants, and training providers for specialized training requirements.
Monitor employee participation, attendance, completion, and compliance with required training programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and post-training monitoring.
Employee Engagement :
Plan, organize, and implement employee engagement, recognition, wellness, team-building, and company-wide activities.
Conduct employee engagement, satisfaction, experience, and other HR-related surveys.
Consolidate, analyze, and interpret survey results and prepare management reports with actionable recommendations.
Employee Relations :
Assist in addressing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in a timely, fair, and confidential manner.
Receive and document employee concerns and coordinate with the HR Manager and concerned departments for appropriate resolution.
Audit Compliance & HR Documentation :
Assist in preparing and maintaining HR documents and records required for internal, customer, and third-party audits.
Participate in audit preparation, interviews, document retrieval, and implementation of corrective actions as assigned.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management process by coordinating employee evaluations, development plans, and performance-related training interventions.
Assist in identifying competency and performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning and development interventions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferably at least 2 years of relevant HR experience is an advantage.
Experience in training and development, employee relations, employee engagement, or HR compliance is an advantage.
Strong communication, organization, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
