SV More Pharma Corp. is seeking a dynamic HR Training and Engagement Specialist to design and implement programs that boost employee development, engagement, and alignment with the company vision.
Primary duties include spanning training needs analysis, in-house and e-learning content creation, onboarding, engagement initiatives, and retention strategies, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Training and Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement programs that enhance employee development, strengthen organizational capability, and boost engagement across the company. You will play a key part in ensuring employees are skilled, motivated, and connected to the company's vision.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify skill gaps.
Design and facilitate in-house training programs and develop e-learning content.
Maintain training profiles and monitor post-training assessments.
Coordinate with external training providers when necessary.
Develop an annual training calendar and maintain training databases.
Lead onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
Design and implement engagement initiatives (e.g., wellness programs, recognition events, team-building activities).
Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
Manage engagement and retention dashboards and reports.
Coordinate employee events and create communication strategies for engagement activities.
Develop and execute retention strategies such as stay interviews and internal mobility programs.
Identify high-potential employees and create development roadmaps.
Assist with performance management tools, IDPs, and coaching programs.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree must be specifically in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business disciplines only.
At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in Training, Learning & Development, or Employee Engagement.
Candidates must have specific experience in Training & Development within their HR background.
The 2-3 years HR experience requirement is a strict minimum with no flexibility for less experienced candidates.
Strong skills in communication, presentation, planning, and organizing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in facilitating training and managing engagement programs.
Prior experience in facilitating training sessions is mandatory and cannot be developed on the job.
Familiarity with engagement tools or survey platforms is an advantage.
Certifications in Training & Development or Organisational Development are a plus.
