AFPSLAI is seeking a Training and Organizational Development Specialist to support activities and administer the Performance Management System. The role involves needs analysis with line managers, in-house training design, and delivering training modules to staff.
You will participate in training planning, post-training assessments, and evaluating PMS ratings to support succession planning and HR policy alignment. A background in psychology, management, or related fields is preferred.
Responsible for assisting the Training and Organizational Development activities and administration of Performance Management System.
Assists the Supervisor in the identification and customization of training and development programs addressing strategic business level competence and skills requirement through the conduct of needs analysis in consultation with the line managers
Assists in the training and development program by conducting training needs analysis and reviewing course design for in-house training programs.
Assists in the development of training plan on per position basis. Prepares training outline/ course design for in-house training programs.
Handles delivery and execution of training modules.
Prepares training outline/design for in-house training programs. Prepares post training assessment report.
Assists in evaluating training needs by conducting benchmark assessment within the industry.
Assists in evaluating career management initiatives leading to succession planning.
Assists in reviewing PMS ratings for possible improvements through training initiatives.
Administers and prepares regular reports on performance appraisal ratings of all employees
Conducts review on Organizational movements leading to organizational development and/or improvements
Participates in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor regulations and alignment with organizational goals.
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree with background Psychology, Business Management, Sociology, Behavioral Science, Law
Must have at least four (4) years of work-related experience in a related field.
