SF GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking an HR Staff to assist the HR Officer/Manager in daily HR operations in the Philippines. You will handle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, records management, and benefits processing while promoting HR programs and ensuring labor compliance.
The role involves organizing performance reviews, maintaining records, and supporting employee relations and training initiatives to foster a productive workplace.
The Human Resource Staff assists the HR Officer / HR Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the HR Department of a company. He or she handles the administration of human resource policies, procedures, and programs. The daily activities of the HR Associate may vary depending on the needs of the company or department and may need to have knowledge and experience with a combination of the following: Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Training, Records Management, Organizational Development, Employment / Labor Laws & Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and off-boarding, and help organize training & development initiatives.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Performs other related or ad hoc tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior or by the management.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledgeable in basic HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits processing, Payroll and Employee Engagement.
Familiar with conducting and facilitating initial assessment for exam and interview.
