Autokid Subic Trading Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to plan, coordinate, implement, and monitor employee training and development programs designed to raise knowledge, skills, performance, and productivity.
The role requires identifying training needs, developing sessions and materials, scheduling, onboarding, evaluating effectiveness, and maintaining training records. This position is onsite with travel to different branches as needed.
Job Summary:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and monitoring employee training and development programs to improve employee knowledge, skills, performance, and overall productivity.
Identify training and development needs through performance evaluations, employee feedback, and business requirements.
Develop and coordinate training programs, workshops, orientations, and employee development activities.
Prepare training materials, presentations, modules, and other learning resources.
Coordinate training schedules, venues, trainers, participants, and other logistical requirements.
Conduct or facilitate employee orientation, onboarding, and other internal training programs.
Coordinate with department heads and supervisors to identify specific technical and behavioral training needs.
Monitor employee attendance, participation, and completion of required training programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and post-training monitoring.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, certificates, and employee training history.
Prepare training reports and monitor training-related KPIs and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with external training providers, consultants, and certification bodies when necessary.
Assist in developing career development and employee engagement programs.
Ensure training programs comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor and regulatory requirements.
Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in HR, Training and Development, or a related role.
Experience in conducting employee training, orientation, and learning programs is preferred.
Good communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to prepare training reports, presentations, and learning materials.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple training activities.
Willing to work onsite and travel to different branches or locations when required.
