Job summary

Select VoiceCom is seeking an HR Specialist- Timekeeping in Cebu to manage day-to-day HR tasks, attendance tracking, and payroll support. The role requires handling HRIS and biometrics, generating reports, and ensuring accurate attendance data for bonuses.

The ideal candidate has a 2+ year background in HR timekeeping, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This on-site night-shift position offers growth and a vibrant work culture in Cebu IT Park.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Development Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of HR timekeeping experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism with employee concerns.
• Detail-oriented and proficient with MS Office.
• Good English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Willing to work holidays and full-time on-site night shift.

Responsibilities

• Handles timekeeping processes (HRIS and Biometrics).
• Generates monthly timekeeping reports (Undertime, Tardiness, Absences, and Overbreaks).
• Verifies perfect attendance record for qualification of perfect attendance bonus.
• Monitors & updates daily attendance and sends reports to Operations and other departments as needed.
• Coordinates with Payroll Accountant regarding payroll disputes and other related concerns.
• Handles employee’s concerns/issues related to timekeeping.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.

Position Summary:

Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources (HR) department, which includes managing office tasks and producing reports, keeping track of and preparing daily attendance and personnel records for each employee, and working with the payroll accountant on any payroll-related issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles timekeeping processes (HRIS and Biometrics).
