SVCPH Inc. Cebu IT Park seeks an HR Timekeeping Specialist to manage day-to-day HR tasks, attendance records, and collaborate with the payroll accountant on payroll issues.

This on-site role supports multiple departments and ensures accurate timekeeping and reporting. You will handle HRIS and biometrics, generate monthly reports, monitor attendance, and address employee concerns with a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Development Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of HR timekeeping experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and handle employee feedback professionally.
• Keen on details and proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle timekeeping processes (HRIS and Biometrics).
• Generate monthly timekeeping reports (Undertime, Tardiness, Absences, Overbreaks).
• Verifies perfect attendance record for qualification of perfect attendance bonus.
• Monitor daily attendance and send reports to Operations and other departments as needed.
• Coordinate with Payroll Accountant regarding payroll disputes.
• Handle employee concerns related to timekeeping.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
