Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an HR Specialist I for our Makati City, Metro Manila operations on a full-time basis. The role reports to the HR Management team and focuses on implementing HR policies, supporting employee relations, and ensuring regulatory compliance across our local operations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 6 months of HR case-handling experience, including admin hearings and NTEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• At least 6 months of HR experience specifically in case handling (facilitating admin hearings and serving NTEs). Applicants with no experience will not be processed.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and regulations, including the Labour Code and related employment requirements.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to communicate clearly with employees at all levels.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, or compliance would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures across the organisation
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and new employee orientation
• Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with data protection and labour regulations
• Support employee relations activities, including handling inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a professional and impartial manner
• Assist in the development and delivery of employee engagement and training programmes
• Monitor workplace compliance with relevant labour laws and internal policies
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of HR systems and databases
• Support the organization during periods of organizational change or restructuring
• Collaborate with department managers to address employee-related concerns and implement solutions
