Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an HR Assistant I at our Sucat, Paranaque location to support HR services. This full-time role handles essential administrative tasks and ensures compliance with policies, contributing to a positive employee experience.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, with up to 6 months of relevant experience and knowledge of HR processes, HRIS, and Philippine labour laws. Local benefits and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HRIS is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Philippine labour laws is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel information.
• Provide administrative support to HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
• Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company initiatives.
• Support employee relations activities, including engagement events and wellness programmes.
• Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR matters, benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with performance management processes, including distributing appraisal forms and collating feedback.
• Support training and development activities, including scheduling, registration, and record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR operations.
