Praxismed Technologies Inc. is seeking a proactive HR Officer to support the full employee lifecycle and ensure HR compliance in our Makati office. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Poblacion, Makati City, with opportunities for career growth.

You will handle employee relations, performance management, attendance, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance, working with department heads to foster engagement and a positive workplace culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Support Employee Relations including addressing concerns, communications, disciplinary actions, and policy enforcement.
• Assist in performance management programs and annual evaluations; coordinate PIPs when needed.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, undertime, and absences; update leave credits and related reports.
• Assist payroll via attendance validation and record verification; administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Maintain HR records; ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; support audits.
• Lead and coordinate employee engagement programs and company events; manage logistics.
