Moatable in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function, manage payroll and benefits, and drive people strategies across the business. This hands-on leadership role requires balancing strategic partnering with operational execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with business leaders to oversee the employee lifecycle, strengthen engagement, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws while fostering a high-performance, compliant culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience; at least 2–3 years in an HR Manager or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll, and employee relations.
• Experience leading end-to-end HR operations and partnering with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s HR function in the Philippines and ensure effective delivery of people strategies and day-to-day HR operations.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Partner with business leaders to align HR priorities with organizational goals and workforce planning.
• Manage employee lifecycle, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate HR reporting, data management, and risk management.
