Job summary

Expereo, the Intelligent Internet Platform, seeks an HR Operations Specialist in the Philippines to own payroll and employee records with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate has hands-on payroll experience and understands PH HR administration while providing responsive HR support.

You will manage onboarding/offboarding, prepare employment contracts, maintain records, and liaise with payroll providers and government agencies to ensure compliance and timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3-5 years of hands-on HR Operations/HR Generalist experience, preferably within the Philippines.
• Experience in Philippines payroll processing and knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: support monthly/semi-monthly payroll processing and employee changes.
• HR Documentation & Employee Records: prepare contracts, COEs, and maintain records.
• Employee Lifecycle Administration: onboarding, offboarding, leave, benefits administration.
• General HR Operations: maintain HR trackers and assist with compliance and vendor liaising.
