Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to join the HR Department in the Philippines. You will manage daily HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, HRIS updates, and compliance across privacy and employment laws.

You will also develop policies, handle employee relations and training, and support leadership with HR guidance. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring at least 3 years of HR experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a Generalist capacity.
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS system management.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with workplace investigations is an asset.
• Experience with privacy/regulatory compliance related to HR.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Administer employee benefits programs in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records; ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and update HR policies; communicate requirements to staff.
• Ensure Health & Safety practices align with OH&S requirements.
• Assist in developing and managing HR budgets.
• Support Recruiter with sourcing and screening top talent.
• Provide leadership with guidance on employee relations and performance issues.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives for managers and staff.
• Handle other related duties as required.
