Job summary

MedGrocer in Makati is seeking an HR Specialist to oversee the recruitment pipeline and drive the employee journey across our healthcare platform.

You will collaborate with agile teams to attract and retain talent, implement innovative sourcing strategies, and support onboarding and engagement initiatives onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in various HR facets, particularly recruitment, is preferred but not required.
• Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
