Job summary

MedGrocer is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support daily financial operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure regulatory compliance across our platforms in Makati. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams to streamline financial workflows, assist with tax requirements, and contribute to the efficient delivery of healthcare solutions to patients.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, CPA licensure, and 0–2 years of finance experience; onsite work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a finance-related role, ideally with major auditing firms.
• Open to experienced professionals and fresh graduates.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure is required.
• Must work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Support daily finance and accounting operations to ensure timeliness and accuracy in reporting and record-keeping.
• Assist in preparing financial and management analyses to provide insights that aid in strategic decision-making.
• Help ensure compliance with tax laws, including the preparation and submission of tax returns and other government requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems, policies, and processes to enhance overall efficiency and control.

The Accounting Specialist plays a key role in supporting daily financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance across our platforms. This position focuses on maintaining the accuracy of financial records, assisting with tax requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows. By ensuring internal stability, you help drive the efficient delivery of healthcare solutions directly to our patients.
