MedGrocer, a provider of digitally-enabled medicine programs and telehealth services, is seeking an HR Specialist to oversee recruitment and drive the employee journey across the organization.

You will collaborate with business units to secure top talent, design recruitment strategies, manage sourcing, and guide candidates from sourcing through onboarding.

The HR Specialist oversees the recruitment pipeline and drives the employee journey towards fulfilling its people through our advocacy. In this role, you will collaborate with different business units to secure and nurture top-tier talent.
