Job summary

Hummingcomm Corporation is seeking an HR professional in Metro Manila to support core HR processes and regional recruitment. The role involves preparing policies, reporting on employee concerns, and coordinating onboarding for the assigned region.

You will also facilitate team activities, handle HR transactions, maintain documentation, and take on ad-hoc duties as needed. Immediate start and onsite work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related fields.
• 2-3 years HR practitioner experience.
• Strong communication with internal/external partners.
• Able to plan, organize and execute activities with attention to detail.
• Able to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Passionate about working with people.
• Willing to report onsite daily.
• Basic Mandarin is preferred (spoken/reading/writing) and negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondences and develop, cascade procedures and policies.
• Prepare reports on employee concerns and actions taken.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for the assigned region.
• Facilitate employee activities and team building.
• Perform HR transactional tasks including data entry, weekly reports and timekeeping.
• Ensure proper documentation and records comply with guidelines.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team leader.

• Facilitates employee activities and team building;
• Performs HR transactional activities including data entry, weekly reports and timekeeping;
• Ensure proper documentation; report, filling and records are consistent with guideline and procedures;
• Performs other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time from the team leader.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in human resource management, Psychology or equivalent
• Must have at least 2-3 years working experience as an HR practitioner;
• Able to communicate with internal and external partners with ease
• Able to plan, organize and execute necessary activities with proven attention to details;
• Able to effectively collaborate and work with others of diverse roles, levels and background;
• Be able to work with a minimum supervision;
• Must have the passion to work with and work for people and possesses a dynamic personality;
• Willing to report onsite everyday
• Candidate who can start immediately
• Ability to communicate in Basic Mandarin is preferred. Proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading is open for negotiation. and
• Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
