Job Responsibilities
Recruitment
Posting of job vacancies on the online job platform
Encoding and updating applicant database monitoring
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding applicants
Records Management
File, maintain, and update 201 files (soft & hard copies) for rank & file only
Process company IDs, bank endorsements, and employee record updates
Monitor pre-employment requirements and coordinate with the HR Recruiter (branches)
Attendance & Timekeeping
Monitor daily attendance
Check and consolidate DTRs and leaves & OT applications
Facilitate the signing off of leave balances at the end of each year
Employee Relations
Facilitate clearance routing and notify employees of pending accountabilities
Process requests for certificates of employment (COE) without salary details
Benefits Administration
Process wedding gift, bereavement assistance, birthday gift
Act as a liaison to government offices for HR-related matters
Assist in requesting letters of appointment (LOA) from HMO
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
At least 6 months–1 year experience
