Job summary

A telecom company is looking for an HR practitioner to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial. This is an on-site position located in Cebu and BGC, with a requirement to work from Mondays to Saturdays. Immediate starters are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as an HR practitioner.
• Experience in the telecom industry preferred.

• Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays.
• Telecom industry experience (Nokia) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondences and maintain procedures and policies.
• Handle recruitment process and onboarding.
• Facilitate employee activities and team building.
• Perform HR transactional activities including data entry and reports.
• Perform HR transactional tasks including data entry, weekly reports and timekeeping.
• Ensure documentation and records comply with guidelines and procedures.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team leader.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepares correspondences and build and maintain and cascade procedures and policies
• Prepares reports to communicate information about employee concerns and comments and organizational actions taken
• Spearheads in recruitment process and onboarding of the assigned Region
• Facilitates employee activities and team building
• Performs HR transactional activities including data entry, weekly reports and timekeeping
• Ensure proper documentation; report, filling and records are consistent with guideline and procedures
• Performs other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time from the team leader.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
• Must have at least 2-3 years working experience as an HR practitioner
• Work experience in a telecom industry (especially in Nokia) is preferred
• Able to communicate with internal and external partners with ease
• Able to plan, organize and execute necessary activities with proven attention to details
• Able to effectively collaborate and work with others of diverse roles, levels and background
• Be able to work with a minimum supervision
• Must have the passion to work with and work for people and possesses a dynamic personality
• Willing to report onsite everyday
• Candidate who can start immediately will be highly preferred; and
• Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
• Work Assignment: Cebu & BGC
