- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in human resources or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, or similar role.
- Experienced in Construction is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Mondays to Thursdays - 8am to 6pm
- Fridays - 8am to 5pm
- Saturdays - 8am to 12pm

Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to source potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the position.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (phone, video, and in-person) between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview questions and materials for hiring managers.
- Collect feedback from interviewers and assess candidate suitability for the role.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates regarding their application status.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and goals.
- Advise on effective recruiting strategies and best practices to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and participate in hiring decision discussions.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Create compelling job descriptions and postings that attract qualified candidates.
- Promote job openings through various channels to reach a diverse pool of applicants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).
- Analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Experience in Construction industry is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
