- Post job openings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and guide new hires through orientation
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding experiences
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Support payroll with timekeeping audits and employee changes
- Administer leaves, benefits, and attendance tracking
Employee Relations
- Be a trusted resource for employee questions and concerns
- Assist with investigations, conflict resolution, and workplace documentation
- Help foster a safe, respectful, and compliant work culture
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Prepare HR reports and support internal/external audits
- Assist in safety initiatives and training compliance
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Experience: 3-5 years in HR, preferably in recruitment/manpower agency or similar industries
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication
