Job summary

Volcano Core Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an HR Specialist to help build a global, diverse and high‑performing team for our live streaming operations.

You will lead full‑cycle recruitment, manage onboarding and offboarding, and design performance and compensation plans while ensuring labor law compliance and cross‑cultural collaboration across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher, preferably in HR, psychology or management.
• Familiar with recruitment processes and labor laws; multinational/multicultural experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, detail‑oriented, able to thrive in a fast‑paced live streaming industry.
• English as working language; knowledge of SEA/Middle Eastern/Latin American languages is a bonus.
• Interview includes HR case analysis or scenario simulation.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, probation, offboarding, and personnel records & attendance data.
• Design and implement performance appraisal and compensation & benefits plans.

Your Role:
