Job summary

J&T Cargo PH is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with management and drive HR initiatives across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and development. The role focuses on maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies while supporting performance management and organizational support in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in HR, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to influence decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration or related field
• 1–5 years of HR experience, preferably as HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, or HRBP
• Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and labor law
• Experience handling different HR facets including performance management and organizational support
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to partner with management and influence decision-making professionally
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in manpower, logistics, retail, or operations-driven industries is an advantage
• Mature, professional, and capable of handling confidential matters

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations
• Partner with department heads regarding manpower planning, organizational development, and employee performance
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures
• Provide guidance to supervisors and managers regarding employee discipline and performance management
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions
• Conduct coaching sessions and support leadership development
• Assist in implementing HR programs, policies, and process improvements
• Support organizational culture and help maintain a positive work environment
• Coordinate training, employee development, and succession planning initiatives
• Monitor employee concerns and recommend HR solutions aligned with company goals
