Qualifications

• Experience with HRSS processes and HR data management.
• Familiarity with transitions, due diligence, and knowledge transfer for US geography.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for HR requests across the HRSS processes.
• Maintain accurate HR files, records, and documentation.
• Support HR Business Partners with reporting and data updates in the ERP system.
• Ensure data quality and audit reports in the HCM system are accurate.
• Administer new hires, changes, and separations, with discretion.
