Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Metro Manila is seeking an HRSS support specialist with RPO experience to back the HR organization across employee data management, investigations, unemployment and wage claims, and exit/pulse surveys. RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience is required.

Provides administrative support to the HR Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the following HRSS processes:

• Employee Relations
• Employee Data Management
• Concerns and Investigations
• Unemployment Claims and Wage Claims Processing
• Exit and Pulse Surveys
• Associates will play a key role in ensuring seamless process execution from start to finish.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for requests and inquiries submitted to the HR organization for the above processes, as well as other simple and complex requests that may require research and follow-up for resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Provide support to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders, including but not limited to reporting, data corrections, and updates in the ERP system.
• Manage data quality by ensuring data is up to date, driving processes, and ensuring audit reports are clean and accurate within the HCM system.
• Administer new hires, employee changes, and separations within the organization.
• Support the setup and administration of employee records, data warehousing, and employee file management with a high level of accuracy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience with transitions, including due diligence, knowledge transfer, ramp-up, and Go-Live activities for the US geography.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational, and coordination skills.
• Strong service orientation with a demonstrated willingness and commitment to support both the team and its customers.
• Ability to take initiative, work proactively with minimal direction, and demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability.
