Job summary

HRTX in Makati City is seeking an HR Operations Specialist with 3–5 years’ experience in a BPO or shared services environment. The role focuses on case and escalation management, process expertise, and analytics across regional teams.

You will handle background checks, tool usage (ServiceNow, Workday, Taleo, and viRecruit), manage stakeholder relations, and contribute to continuous improvement. This hybrid role requires strong communication and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree; 3–5 years HR operations/administration in a BPO/shared services.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
• Experience with Taleo and viRecruit in recruitment ops.
• Hands-on use of ServiceNow and Workday for case management.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Triage, assign, and resolve complex recruitment queries as a regional contact.
• Maintain up-to-date Work Instructions; train or upskill team members.
• Build dashboards and global joiner/pipeline reports; analyze trends.
• Conduct background checks (e.g., World-Check) and validate referrals.
• Track platform usage (e.g., LinkedIn) and provide insights to boost adoption.
• Partner with regional HR teams; contribute to process improvements.
