Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an HR Shared Services Associate (Contact Center) to manage the people lifecycle and day-to-day HR tasks. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and inquiries, ensuring data accuracy and HR compliance.

You will work with global teams, learn HR systems, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic environment that supports client-facing projects across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR/shared services/ops/data management.
• Fluent English (oral and written) and strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee inquiries and resolve or escalate where needed.
• Assist onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
