Source and screen applicants based on approved job descriptions and qualifications.
Review resumes, application forms, and other pre-employment documents.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate applicants for examinations and succeeding interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and concerned department heads.
Maintain an updated applicant database and recruitment monitoring reports.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements, background checks, medical examinations, and other hiring requirements.
Prepare and facilitate employment-related documents for newly hired employees.
Monitor the status of job vacancies and provide regular recruitment updates to management.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, recruitment partners, government employment offices, and other sourcing organizations.
Assist in developing recruitment strategies to address urgent and hard-to-fill positions.
Assist newly hired employees in completing pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
Conduct or coordinate new employee orientation regarding company policies, rules, procedures, benefits, and workplace standards.
Ensure that new employees receive the necessary documents, forms, and information upon hiring.
Coordinate with concerned departments regarding employee deployment and onboarding schedules.
Maintain complete and updated onboarding records.
Identify and consolidate training needs based on departmental requirements, performance gaps, and organizational priorities.
Assist in preparing the annual and monthly training plans.
Coordinate internal and external training programs, seminars, workshops, and employee development activities.
Prepare training schedules, invitations, attendance sheets, training materials, and other related documents.
Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, department heads, and participants regarding training requirements.
Assist in conducting employee orientation, mandatory training, and other HR development programs.
Monitor employee attendance and participation in training activities.
Administer post-training evaluations, examinations, and feedback forms.
Monitor and document training results and employee development activities.
Maintain accurate and updated employee training records and training history.
Prepare training reports and submit recommendations based on evaluation results.
Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and identifying areas for improvement.
Maintain organized and confidential recruitment and training files.
Prepare recruitment and training reports, trackers, and other HR-related documents.
Monitor recruitment and training KPIs and provide regular updates to the HR/Admin Manager.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of applicant and employee training records.
Assist in preparing HR reports required by management and other concerned departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor and employment requirements.
Provide administrative support for HR programs and activities.
Assist in employee engagement activities, company events, and other HR initiatives.
Respond professionally to employee and applicant inquiries.
Maintain confidentiality of applicant and employee information.
Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the HR/Admin Manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, training, or general HR functions.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and employee onboarding is an advantage.
Experience in coordinating training programs, seminars, and employee development activities is preferred.
Knowledge of basic HR practices, recruitment procedures, and employee documentation.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and trustworthy.
Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism in dealing with applicants and employees.
