Job summary

Green Horizon Fortune Trading Corp. is seeking an HR Recruiter to source, screen, and place talent across the organization, partnering with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, coordinate interviews, and manage offers.

You will maintain candidate records in ATS, monitor KPIs like time-to-fill, and ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting onboarding. Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in recruitment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with social recruiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of proven HR Recruiter or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

About the role

This is a recruitment-focused position responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing talent across the organization. You will work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and maintain recruitment metrics and candidate records.

Key responsibilities

• Find active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks

• Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit

• Collaborate with hiring managers to write and update clear job postings

• Schedule interviews, organize logistics, and brief hiring panels

• Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and handle onboarding

• Maintain candidate records in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor KPIs like time-to-fill

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• 1 to 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities

• Familiarity with ATS software and social recruiting platforms

• Solid understanding of labor laws
