We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team at our Antipolo City, Rizal location on a full‑time basis. In this strategic position, you will be instrumental in managing our internal recruitment processes and identifying top talent to support organisational growth. As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building our workforce by managing end‑to‑end recruitment activities, whilst maintaining a keen focus on finding the right candidates who align with our company values and objectives. Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with internal organisational needs and business objectives
Posting job vacancies across multiple recruitment channels and platforms to ensure maximum visibility
Screening, reviewing and shortlisting candidate applications based on established criteria and job requirements
Conducting initial and subsequent interviews with candidates to assess qualifications, experience and cultural fit
Preparing job descriptions and recruitment briefs that accurately reflect role requirements and responsibilities
Maintaining accurate and organised recruitment records and candidate databases throughout the hiring process
Liaising with hiring managers and departmental heads to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment support
Coordinating background checks, reference verifications and other pre‑employment assessments
Managing recruitment timelines to ensure efficient and timely candidate placement
Contributing to the improvement of recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, even those not selected, to support future recruitment initiatives
Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally within an internal recruitment or human resources environment
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment legislation and workplace compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates at all levels and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software platforms
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet recruitment deadlines
Competence in conducting structured interviews and assessing candidate suitability
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Good understanding of job market trends and labour supply within relevant industries
Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Experience in internal recruitment or workforce planning (advantageous)
